Our online services are an alternative for those who do not have the time or means of transportation to get to in-person appointments, or simply for those seeking more privacy. 

The first step is to request an appointment. When you confirm your appointment, you will receive instructions for connecting and documents for your electronic signature by email or text message.

On the day of the appointment, Emotional Connect staff will guide you to the start of the consultation.

Medical plans

We accept the following medical plans:

  • MCS Classicare
  • MCS Life
  • Triple S Federal (only psychologist services)

If you do not have a medical plan, you can pay privately for services with a credit card or ATH with Visa logo. For details of costs, you can contact our staff.
